Senior Product Designer
psychplus llc.- Responsible for incorporate design process from research to testing in design team, and make sure the every design fulfil the requirements of the user and also meet the KPI’s of the business.
- Performed as a consultant to guide the team members to overcome the difficulties in design process and maintain their work pace.
- Translate the B2B SAAS software to Mobile Apps for better and efficient use for the doctors/provider.
- Identify the pain points of the providers using user interviews and constant feedback from the providers. Then implement those points to user-friendly designs.
Senior Product Designer
Healthwire- Led the design process to ensure user needs and business goals were met.
- Revamped Healthwire’s B2C app and website, focusing user experience and interface design, which resulted in a 12% increase in retention and a 27% boost in revenue.
- Improved B2B software used in hospitals, pharmacies, and laboratories, enhancing usability and workflow efficiency, which led to a 31% increase in user retention.
- Designed a warehouse management app to monitor employee Turn Around Time (TAT) and track rider journeys.
- Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure that the final product met both user and business needs.

Cheetay ecommerce store- Responsible for UX Research, Usability testing, UX Competitive analysis, and developed a data-driven and user-focused UX designs for Mobile & Web Application.
- As a UX Executive, I’ve been part of whole B2C mobile app designing as well as the SaaS product which was installed at the warehouse.
- In Cheetay, my role was to make the flows of the app more easy to use, which will help user to complete their task in very smooth manner.
- Did the research for rider’s app and re-design app to reduce complaints & churn by helping riders understand their earnings easily without any hesitation.
- Performed surveys and interview campaigns among over several users to empathize to make the user-centric solutions.
- Spotted the UX problems in checkout page and provide elegant user-oriented solution that improved the lead response by 11%.
