AgentProxy is a mobile application that simplifies the process of handle the property showings outside usual working areas of real estate agents by collaboration with other agents.
Problem Statement
Real estate agents struggle with showing properties outside their usual areas due to assessive travel, which requires extensive planning. This detracts from other essential tasks and buyer follow-ups, reducing productivity and travel burden also causes fatigue, making workload management difficult.
Solution
AgentProxy streamlines property showings by enabling main agents to generate requests for local proxy agents, enhancing collaboration, reducing travel, and improving efficiency, allowing main agents to manage their time better and provide superior client service.

The primary goal of this UX research aims to gather insights into real estate agents, challenges, preferences, and expectations for property showings, informing the design of the AgentProxy platform to meet identified needs.

Exploratory Research
In the initial phase of our research, we conducted exploratory research to gain a broad understanding of the real estate industry’s challenges, technological trends, and existing solutions. This involved:

Responses varied, with common challenges including concerns about client satisfaction, trust in proxy agents, and the financial aspect of the delegation process.
Commonly mentioned features included a user-friendly interface, secure payment processing, and a robust matching system for pairing main and proxy agents.
A significant portion of respondents expressed willingness to pay a reasonable fee for a platform offering convenience and efficiency.
